Privacy policy

  1. The Administrator of personal data of Users is the company Binod Poudel World of Cashmere, registered in CEIDG (NIP: 6793106273, REGON: 360342859, ADDRESS: Działkowa 1, 30-854 Kraków, Poland).   2. Users' personal data will be processed for 5 years, after this time they will be deleted.
  3. The Administrator processess personal data in order to process the order, handle returns and complaints, invoicing, handling inquiries and applications (eg via the contact form).
  4. Users' personal data shall not be sold to third parties. These data are made available only for the purpose of providing services and contracts (for courier company, other carriers, accounting company, websites servicing online payments). Personal data collected by the Administrator may be made available to relevant state authorities at their request on the basis of relevant legal provisions. The disclosure of personal data to unauthorised entities may take place only with the prior consent or request of the data subject.
  5. The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Users:
    a) name and surname;
    b) address for correspondence;
    c) telephone number;
    d) e-mail;
    e) information contained in the system logs for technical and statistical purposes.
  6. In order to provide the newsletter service, the Administrator processes only the names of e-mail addresses of Users.
  7. The processing of personal data for marketing purposes requires separate consent.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but the lack of consent to the processing of data marked as mandatory will prevent The Administrator (Seller) from performing services, including the implementation of the order.
  9. The Customers has the right to access to their data, the right to correct them and request to stop processing them. This option may be found after logging into the Store in the column 'My account', in the section 'My consents' - 'My personal details'.
  10. Logged-in User can delete his account at any time (all personal data processed by the Store will be deleted and consents will be withdrawn). This option may be found in 'My account' - 'Delete account' column. The consent for sending newsletter can be undone in the column 'My account' - 'Change my data'. The Customer who is not logged in may delete his/her personal data via the link sent along with the information about the order being carried out in the Store.
  11. Personal data are processed in accordance with and on terms specified in details in:
    a) the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.);
    b) the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item. 883, as amended.);
    c) regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the processing of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item. 1024);
    d) Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.
  12. The Administrator provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data provided by Users, in particular preventing access to data to third parties or processing them incompliant with the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
  13. The website does not collect automatically any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
  14. Cookie files are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the User's end device and are intended for using the Store's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  15. Based on cookies, it is not possible to determine the identity of the User.
  16. Cookies are used for:
    a) adaptation of the content of the Store websites to the User's preferences and optimization of the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
    b) create statistics that help to understand how Users use website, which allows to improve their structure and content;
    c) maintaining the User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to enter login and password on every subpage of the Store.
  17. There are two basic types of cookies: session and persistent. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  18. The following types of cookies are used as part of the Store:
    a) 'necessary' cookies, enabling the use of services available in the Store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Store;
    b) cookies used to provide security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Store;
    c) 'performance' cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the Store's websites;
    d) 'functional' cookies, which allow 'remembering' the settings selected by the User and personalization of the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region of the User's origin, size of the font, appearance of the website, etc.;
    e) 'advertising' cookies, enabling to provide advertising content to the User tailored to his interests.
  19. In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser or inform about their every posting in the User's device.   20. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Store's websites.
  21. Cookies placed in the User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store operator.
